Global Foyer Black Membership – FAQs
1. What membership plans are available?
Global Foyer Black Membership is available in three options: a Monthly Plan at ₹10,000 + GST, a Quarterly Plan at ₹27,500 + GST, and an Annual Plan at ₹1,00,000 + GST.
2. How many hours of court access do I get per day?
Each member is allowed a maximum of one hour of court access per day.
3. Can I carry forward unused hours to another day?
No. Unused court hours cannot be carried forward to another day.
4. Can I bring non-members with me?
Yes, a member can bring up to three non-members for a match. Entry will be permitted only if the member is present.
5. Will rackets, balls, or other equipment be provided with the membership?
No. Members will be given court access only. All equipment must be arranged by the member.
6. Do I get any discounts as part of my membership?
Yes. Applicable member discounts are available at all partner restaurants.
7. Is the membership transferable or refundable?
No. The membership is strictly non-transferable and non-refundable.
8. Are peak-hour slots available to everyone?
No. Peak-hour slots are reserved exclusively for members.
9. What happens if I book a court and don’t show up?
If you have more than two no-shows in a month, you will not be allowed to make further bookings for the remaining month.
10. How do I book my court slot?
Court bookings must be done through the official booking platform/helpline. Walk-in requests are subject to availability only.
11. Do members get parking concessions?
Yes. Concessions on parking are provided to each member during every visit.
12. Can my membership be terminated?
Yes. The management reserves the right to reject or terminate membership in cases of:
• Indiscipline
• Misconduct
• Non-compliance with rules
13. Are drugs or prohibited substances allowed?
No. The use of any type of drugs is strictly prohibited within the court or mall premises.
14. How should members behave on the premises?
All members are expected to:
• Respect each other’s privacy
• Maintain proper decorum at all times
• Follow staff instructions for safety and discipline
15. Can I pause or freeze my membership if I am unavailable?
No. Membership duration is fixed and cannot be paused, extended, or frozen once activated.
16. Can these terms and conditions change?
Yes. The management may modify or remove terms at any time. Updated information will always be made available on the official website.

Membership Terms and Conditions
• Each member is allowed a maximum of 30 minutes of Pickleball court access per day.
• Every member is allowed Pickleball court access for a maximum of 14 days per month.
• A member can bring up to three non-members for the match. Entry will be permitted only if the member is present.
• Members will be provided court access only. No additional equipment such as rackets, balls, or other playing gear will be supplied.
• Applicable member discounts will be available at all the partner restaurants.
• This membership is non-transferable and non-refundable.
• Peak hours slots will be reserved for Members only.
• No-Show penalties are applicable i.e. in case of more than 2 no-shows, no more booking shall be Allowed for the remaining month.
• Concession on parking will be provided to each member during every visit.
• The management reserves the right to reject or terminate the membership in case of indiscipline, misconduct, or non-compliance.
• The use of any type of drugs is strictly prohibited within the court or mall premises.
• All members are expected to respect each other’s privacy and maintain proper decorum.
• Terms and conditions may be modified or removed by the management, and the updated information will be made available on the website.
